The hotel is definitely geared up for Vietnamese travelers and very busy even at 6.30 am. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, located on the 5th floor with premium amenities including a lounge room and a lounge + spa. However, it might feel too isolated from the city center. The service is top-notch with efficient room service, but there could be better value for the price paid.

The location was fantastic, just across the road from the serene back beach, offering a quiet retreat away from the hustle of the town yet only a short 3-minute taxi ride to get there. The dining experience was delightful, with a buffet offering a great variety of tasty Vietnamese dishes that exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the buffet fully due to an early business appointment. Despite these highlights, the hotel's facilities were a bit lacking.
